四．使用方法：

轉移植絨工藝
1．植絨漿加助劑的比例為2%-5%；
2．助劑和主體漿攪拌均勻后，4-6小時內須使用完，調配時請計算好用量，以免浪費漿料；
3．根據面料要求，用80-100的網版印兩遍，2-3次/遍，或絲印網版采用厚版印2-3次；
4．印好的圖案約6-8成干，再進行轉移植絨；
5．溫度：150℃-180℃，壓燙時間10-20秒，壓力約6公斤（時間和溫度可根據需求進行適當調整）；
6．正反面壓燙后，冷撕熱撕均可，洗水牢度測試請在24小時后進行；．植毛漿加助劑的比例為2%；
7．測試水洗牢度請在24-72小時后進行.（自然干燥時間與當天氣溫和空氣濕度有關，請確認真正完全干燥后方可進行洗水牢度測試！）溫馨提示：

一．Substrates

This product is suitable for cotton,chemical fiber,polyester,knit,acrylon,denim,TC, high elastic silky fabric etc high elastic various cloth fabric and textile electrostatic flocking process.

二．Appearance and composition

三．Characters

Free of overheating,the result of flocking is firm、do not shed, soft hand feel, cut artificial and electricity bills,energy efficiency and environmental protection,without poison, peculiar smell,safe and reliable. Compound with 1006 fixing agent can reach effect of low-temperature fixing,with characters of resistant to wear, heat ,water or wash.(two-component)

四．Usage

Transfer flock technology

1.The ratio of auxiliaries add into flock base is 2%-5%

2.After the paste and auxiliaries stir evenly,must run out within 4-6hours,on the process of mixing,should calculate the amount,avoid to waste paste.

3.According to the requirement of fabric,using 80-100mesh screen printing two times,2-3times/per time,or silk screen adopts rock table print 2-3times.

4.The pattern finished printing after drying 6-8degrees,and then make transfer flock.

5.Temperature,150-180℃,the time of press iron is 10-20seconds,the pressure is about 6KG(the time and temperature according to need to make appropriate adjustment)

6.After press iron two sides,cold tore and hot broke both OK. The test about wash fastness should be made after 24hours.(the time of natural drying is related to temperature and humidity of air,please make sure it is drying completely and make a test about wash fastness!)
